Governance
The Stonehaven Folk Festival operates as a Scottish Charitable Incorprated Organisation (SCIO). This means that any financial surplus from running the festival are fed back into our charitable objectives. We have no employees.
Our governing document is our Constitution. This lays out our charitable purpose and the rules under which we operate. You can download below. The members of our organising commitee are also our trustees. They are:
